The challenge regarding Legal x DAOs x EU

There is happening a lot with regard to Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAO’s). More initiatives are creating DAO’s for specific purposes and creating organizations around it, which often have no legal wrapper and whereby people are liable when things go wrong.

Legally engineering the format of a Decentralized Autonomous Organization towards making it a fully functional legal entity is gaining traction but is mainly focused around US Law. There is little research available regarding Legal & DAO’s that is focused on the EU.
